Rachel worked for me as a mother's helper and babysitter to my four young children (including an infant) for 3/4 of a year, and I would hire her back in a heartbeat. She is the only person outside of select family that I have trusted with my children, supervised and unsupervised. She is experienced and very attentive. She tends to needs without suggestion. She is firm with my rules and her boundaries in the most gentle way, never harsh or with high-emotion. My children constantly ask when she will be back, and absolutely love to interact with her. She comes up with creative and fun games, and is very patient with the children in allowing them to help when they ask. Actually, Rachel finds ways to include my children in nearly any task seamlessly. There is never a dull moment with Rachel in only the best sense. She consistently leaves my children healthy and happier than before she arrived. I trust Rachel wholeheartedly, and I would recommend her to my closest friends and family. We just love Rachel in my home.
