I’m a 53 yo parent of one 23 yo male. I’m currently a newly wed and my husband travels for work. I haven’t worked with children in a while; I focused on my son. Prior to having him, though, I worked extensively with children. I babysat as a teen. I worked in an in-home daycare. I worked in a larger daycare that had after school care. When that got a bit too hectic, I nannied. My family moved to Portugal and I went with them for five months to get kids established in a new country. Then nannied for two families that needed part time care. Shortly after I started that job I got pregnant and once I had my son, I stopped childcare as a vocation. Now, I’m waiting for grand children and would love to practice with your kids!!
