Experience: I’d typically have lots of experience working with children. I involve knowing how to care for kids of various ages, keeping them entertained, and ensuring their safety. Skills & Training: For babysitting, training would include things like CPR and first aid, child development knowledge, communication skills, and patience. Being able to engage kids in creative, educational play would also be important.
