I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and being part of their growth and daily lives. I find it really rewarding to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it’s helping with a baby’s routine or engaging a toddler in creative play, I love building those connections and being someone families can rely on. Im currently a college student at The University of Kansas, going into my sophomore year. I’ve worked in a gym childcare program for the past year, caring for multiple children at once in a structured setting. Before that, I babysat regularly for family throughout high school, with experience ranging from infants as young as 3 months to children up to 10 years old. I’ve handled everything from feeding and diaper changes to planning fun and age-appropriate activities. I’m great at keeping children engaged through crafts, outdoor play, reading, and music. I’m also reliable, calm under pressure, and very safety-conscious. While I don’t have formal childcare certifications yet, I’m always eager to learn and grow in this field.
