I've got to learn more about why they do things that they do and how to react without overwhelming them. I've also collected an assortment of stimulating, educational activities for all ages that help get the kid's brains get moving while I'm with them. While working at my last facility, I had the great opportunity of coaching sports and love to move that physical activity portion into my babysitting!
