Hi! I'm 25, and I just moved back to Kansas City from China. I love kids, and I've spent a lot of time with them over the years. Apart from being super fun and cool, I'm responsible, detail-oriented, and above all 100% committed to your child's safety and general well-being. I spent the past year and a half teaching ESL in China. I worked with children from ages 3-12 both in classrooms with 25+ kids and 1-on-1. My experience as a teacher gave me a huge repertoire of games, calming activities, songs, and more that will make your kids totally love me. I also spent a month as a live-in nanny for my cousins in Austin. I spent every day taking care of their 2-month-old, and even weaned her off breastmilk (!). Last, I spent four years lifeguarding in high school and college, during which time I got CPR certified and learned how to be prepared for any disaster situation. I nannied a 3rd and 5th grader every afternoon after school, and in the summer I would spend the day with them and take them to and from activities. I also accompanied them to the waterpark, the movies, and other activities with their friends. Additionally, I proved homework help in Hebrew, math, and English.
