Hello! My name is Cassidy Kearney, I am 20 years old and I am a Senior at KSU. I am currently pursuing a degree in Social Work with an emphasis on child welfare. I currently work at Commerce Bank part-time. I grew up in a large family. at the age of 5, my parents started doing foster care. They have had around 75 children in and out of our home and adopted 4. My parents were considered Special Needs foster parents, so we had many children with both physical and mental disabilities. I would honestly say this is where most if my experience has come from. I also worked at a Christian Church Camp for several summers volunteering. I was a camp leader for 3 of the 5 years which meant I was responsible of 8-10 campers for the week.
