I love working with kids because it reminds me of how amazing and exciting the world can be. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old. I started working with kids of special needs about 4 years ago. I have been working with infants for about 4 years as well and since then I have been working with children of all ages. In my spare time, I like to volunteer with the special needs community along with local events. When I'm not volunteering I enjoy reading and studying. One thing you should know about me is I work well with children that have special needs, and work well with larger groups of children. My skills include patience, enthusiasm, compassion and empathy.

Hi! I am currently a part time nanny with teaching experience and a bachelors degree in studio art and education. I work for a family with 3 children (1,5,7). I stopped my full time nanny position to focus more on my love of art but still work part time for the family. I have over 8 years of experience in child care including camp counselor, preschool teacher, private tutor, and nannying. I have had experience with many different customer service jobs, but something always brings me back to working with kids. I spend many hours a week volunteering at a local third-grade classroom, and every summer since I was fourteen I have worked hands-on with kids. I love taking care of children. Since I could remember I was always the designated babysitter for friends and family. Children naturally gravitate towards me as do I. I have a lot of babies in my life who I have cared for since birth. Mothers need time to sleep and individual time to rest which is where I step in and help. I have been a sitter when alone time is needed or even when needing a break. No job is too long or too short.

What i love about being a sitter is to form a trusting and fun relationship with the kids, as well as providing a safe environment where they are encouraged to grow. Being a baby sitter is an amazing job. Being able to step into a little one’s life for a few years and helping them learn new things everyday is beautiful. I have worked with all age ranges and currently watch a 2 year old, 4 year old and 8 year old. It has been amazing watching them grow! My favorite part of the job is teaching the littles new things!

Hello! I am currently a freshman at Kansas State University studying nutritional science with a minor in business and then hopefully going to dental school one day!
