Hello! My name is Courtney Williams, and I have had the incredible opportunity to nurture and care for children for over six years now. As a full-time student at Kansas State University, I've balanced my academic pursuits with my passion for childcare, making me a responsible and dedicated caregiver. My journey in babysitting began at the age of 14. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. For three years, I worked at Lifetime Fitness, in the daycare facility. This experience taught me the importance of maintaining a structured yet fun atmosphere for children while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Additionally, I had the pleasure of being a summer nanny for two years, providing me with an opportunity to build strong and meaningful relationships with the children I cared for.
