I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified due to being a lifeguard the last few summers. I have watched my niece for extended periods of time since she was born (now 3), and have participated in Special Olympics for almost 4 years now. I am currently attending Tabor College to graduate with a 2 majors (teaching and English), and minor in ESOL (English as a second language). I want more experience with children to help with my future in the education field. I have a functional car and live on the outskirts of Olathe, KS near Gardner (Prairie Highlands Golf Course), and I have 2 pets and am not allergic to any animals. I do not mind helping kids if they have work over the summer and driving them to their extracurricular events is no big deal.
