Hello! My name is Olivia Elliott and I am looking to babysit, pet sit, or housekeep in the Lawrence, KS area! Born here in Lawrence and raised in Missouri as the oldest of 14 cousins, I’m no stranger to babysitting! I currently work for the Boy’s & Girl’s Club of Lawrence as group leader of a local 4th grade class! Within this title, I lead 28 little ones through academic enrichment, athletics, and social behavior exercises. Outside of BCG, I have 2 years of paid babysitting experience and am CPR/AED/First Aide Certified through the American Red Cross. Having also previously held multiple summer camp counselor positions, I am experienced in youth engagement from both a personal and professional standpoint. As a junior at the University of Kansas, I still consider my biggest heartbreak to be leaving my 2 cats, a lizard, and doggy back with my family. Being raised in a single-mother household, the saying “it takes a village” was instilled in me. Acting in that belief, I am the Vice President (former treasurer) of the Student United Way which partners with associations such as Habitat for Humanity, Youth Coalition, and community kitchen. I am also active in the Hearts 4 Homeless, Future Leaders In Healthcare, and Pre-Physical Therapy organizations on campus.
