With a strong foundation in special education support, student safety, and hands‑on childcare, I bring a calm, structured, and compassionate approach to every child I work with. My experience as a Para II in an Autism program has equipped me to adapt classroom activities, provide individualized accommodations, and support kid's social, emotional, and academic growth, ensuring they can fully participate in their daily routines. In my current job as a Van Aide/Monitor, I assist with the safe loading, transportation, and supervision of students with disabilities, supporting students with mobility, behavioral, and emotional needs, including securing seat belts, harnesses, and adaptive equipment, which has strengthened my ability to remain steady, attentive, and safety‑focused in dynamic environments. I’ve also worked directly with young children in early childhood settings, where I assisted in the daily care and supervision of children aged 4 to 6, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, helping with meals, Read more hygiene, emotional support, and play‑based learning. I am an individual with Autism and I've always wanted to help others like myself. It's my goal in the future to become a special education teacher.
