I've been babysitting since I was 16 for the church in my hometown. I would watch 4 kids, 2 of whom were the pastors kids, during bible study for the adults. I also use to babysit for my former science teacher and watch his two kids, and I use to babysit my aunts' 2 kids. I love watching kids because they are so fun to play with and talk to. Since I've had 3 little brother, 2 of which are over 13 years younger than me, I've gained a lot of experience with children especially boys.
