I graduated from the University of Kansas with my Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare and am now looking forward to finding a family to work for while I take a few year break before returning for my Masters. In addition to being a student, I was also a nanny/babysitter throughout most of my college experience. Both of those roles helped reinforce my hard work ethic, positivity, creativity, my ability to multitask and maintain excellent organizational skills, and my belief in reading, being creative, and having positive reinforcement. I have had great experience working with children of all ages and have experience driving children to school/activities, maintaining busy schedules, keeping households organized, and having lots of positive (and fun) interaction with children. The safety and well-being of children in my care is my number one priority. For this reason I am CPR certified with over 15 hours of University CPR extensive training.
