Hello! My name is Alyssa and I LOVE children! I have been taking care of children of all ages since I was 13 years old! I am currently a junior at Pittsburg State University, studying Elementary Education Unified and will continue my education, achieving my masters in Administration in Education. I have spent the last four summers nannying for the same family and although my time with those kiddos has come to end, I know my bond with the entire family will last forever and we will stay in touch, as I do with all of the families I have nannied/babysat for! I am someone who enjoys the connections I make and love being apart of a child's journey in their growth! I will be dedicated to you and your children. A little bit about my personal hobbies: I LOVE to sing, play the guitar and piano I am a HUGE sports fan and bleed red yellow (Go Chiefs)!!! I am a very active person, I love to be outside, whether that is just sitting out in the sun, going to the dog park, hiking, or camping! Swimming is a Summer MUST in my book, haha! I love to swim and be in the water. Sidenote: I was a lifeguard for three summers in high school and am CPR/First Aid/ AED certified! I love to bake any kind of sweets and enjoy ice cream or snow cone runs! I love movies and reading, but would rather be out doing something, like going to the zoo, Deanna Rose, Science City, the pool, skating, etc. That is just a little about me, but I would love to sit down and get to know more about you and your family, as well as offer more insight about myself :) Thank you for your time and consideration!
