Hello! My name is Shelby and I am attending The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I am currently doing a post baccalaureate program while I strengthen my application to medical school. I am from Kansas and went to college at The University of Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!). I am from a small town in Kansas so I have babysat since I was a teenager for family and friends. I have worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The University of Kansas Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital so I am great with kids and love it! I have primarily worked with infants and newborns, but I am great with any age! I do not have that much free time outside of studying, but when I do I love the outdoors, cooking, and hanging out with friends!
