Hello! I'm a mother of three adult children, and a grandma to one amazing little boy!! I previously owned my own licensed home daycare in Illinois. We ended up in Vegas a few years ago, where I’ve been a nanny to an amazing family. With them now in school full time, I find myself searching once again. I’m laid back with an amazing sense of humor, and love to play and joke around with kids as well as allowing them their own free time. I strongly believe in positive reinforcement and redirection, and that instead of a “because I said so” approach, it can be a teaching opportunity so they can apply the knowledge in future situations. I have references available but I do not hand them out until after we meet and decide we would like to move forward in the process.
