I was a early head start teacher for 2 years and head start teacher for 4 years. Working with children and families is my passion. I have been a social worker the past 5 years and my job allows flexibility. I have a 10 year old son, 15 year old daughter and a 15 year old step daughter and 12 year old step son. I believe that structure and routine are very important for children and their learning. Developing basic skills such as social, gross motor and fine motor, cognitive, and emotional are all very important at a young age.
