Hello, I'm Elizabeth! I’m currently a student at the University of Kentucky, and I’ve grown up caring for kids of all ages. I started by helping take care of my younger brother at a young age, and over the years I’ve babysat toddlers, infants, and young children for relatives and family friends. I also worked in the daycare at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Bowling Green, where I cared for large groups of children ranging from toddlers to young youth. In addition, I served as a youth leader at both my church and the Karenni Cultural Preservation Center, working closely with teens and young adults. These experiences have made me confident, adaptable, and very comfortable managing different age groups and personalities. I consider myself responsible, patient, and genuinely nurturing. I’m organized and attentive, especially when it comes to helping kids clean up, stay on routine, and complete homework or chores. Read more I love keeping children engaged by teaching fun games, talking about books, and doing creative activities like sketching, painting, and other crafts. I’m also very active and love being outdoors, whether that’s playing soccer, going for walks, or exploring nature, so I enjoy getting kids moving in safe, fun ways. Energetic, creative, and calm under pressure, I always strive to create a safe, positive, and exciting environment where kids feel supported and happy.
