I'm 20 years old. I have 2 children, Noah-Michael is almost 2 and jayce is 7 months old. I've been babysitting kids since I was 10 years old. I even had my nephew for 3 weeks during summer time when i was 15. I love children, i do not spank but i do use positive reinforcement.(tell them no then move them to something they are allowed to play with and say good job). I use this method with my children too.
