At 15 I got my first job, it was a summer babysitting job where I was watching 6 kids while their mom slept because she worked night shift. I made a schedule for the kids to keep them busy and not too loud so they wouldn’t wake up their mom. The ages varied from 1-9 so there was a struggle of keeping all of them occupied because of the differences but I managed to find what kept each kid busy. At 16 I thought a Sunday school class of 1st graders and absolutely loved it. I have plenty of experience with kids not only because of these two experiences but because I have two younger siblings, one 8 years younger than me and the other 12 years younger which helped me get use to babysitting.
