I am the oldest sibling of 8 children, ages 3 to 19. I grew up in a home with working parents, so I was responsible for a lot of the caregiving at home. I helped with dinner, worked on homework and tutored my siblings and did all the things my parents couldn’t do because of work. When I got into high school, my freshman year my mother started babysitting 8 kids out of her home, and I helped her to do that when I was home from school. My senior year I did a lot of the babysitting myself while she worked her second job. I babysat children from 5 months, to middle school. I have CPR training from the nursing academy in high school, and I also interned with our local fire department where I learned CPR on infants, adolescents, and adults. I have spent many years volunteering with Read more my grandmother with the elderly and with disabled persons and children with special needs. I also peer tutored with our special education classes two years in high school. I also worked at a daycare as a 3-4 year old teacher for 6 months. I left for reasons I am willing to explain if you’re interested. I am married but not yet a mother due to miscarriages. I have always had a love for children and helping anyone I can. I love caring for people when I get the chance. I am currently enrolled online in college for nursing, pediatrics specifically. I also own two cats and a Corgi (high maintenance dog) so I can do animal care as well, I have worked at an animal care facility for a year. My mom also was a housekeeper for 3 years and I tagged along with her at work, and have cleaned houses for some of friends also. I can babysit, teach, tutor (history, English, math, science) (middle school level and below), do animal care, clean homes, and I can nanny (pick chidlren up from school, get them to games, after school activities, etc) . I can babysit in your home or in my own home. Price per child is negotiable. I can take pay by hour, pay per day, pay weekly.
