Hello, I'm Kadynn. Growing up in a household of siblings (and being the oldest) I was taught at a young age to be a role model and leader. As an adult I carried that into management positions, but, I decided that management is not what I am passionate about. Throughout school I studied human development and I was always fascinated by the way children view the world. I decided that being a positive being in a child's life was going to be the most meaningful and rewarding job that I could find. I do not have formal experience working in any child care facility, though I do have volunteer hours and great references. I know how important it is to find the right fit for your family, and I would love to meet to see if that is me.
