Hello! My name is Rosemary, and I am a recent college graduate looking for some part-time babysitting work. I could also be available for a more full-time gig, depending on the needs of the family. I graduated with a double major in English and philosophy, and I really enjoy reading, writing, and learning in general. My senior thesis focused on environmental ethics, and I just finished a work exchange program in North Carolina where I lived and worked on a sustainable farm. In a couple years, I plan to apply to graduate schools across the country, but first I would like to get a taste of being a working adult in the real world! I live in Louisville in the Highlands area, and I have a reliable car to get me to and from jobs. Spending time with children always refreshes and rejuvenates my perspective on the world, and I will never tire of observing how their imagination influences their perceptions. I have the most experience taking care of toddlers and young children, but I have also had several jobs caring for infants and am competent in providing for their needs. I have been CPR certified in the past and wouldn’t mind renewing my certification. I have a lot of patience, great organizational and leadership skills, and a very positive spirit, and I think these qualities are what make me a great caregiver.
