Hello families! My name is Germary, and I have over 14 years of experience in education and more than 4 years of experience caring for babies and young children in Louisville through both private family nanny positions and early childhood schools. I have worked closely with infants, toddlers, and newborns, helping families with feeding routines, diaper changes, naps, bottle sanitizing, baby laundry, developmental play, emotional support, and creating safe, loving daily routines. I also worked for nearly 2 years in an infant classroom at a respected early childhood center, where I cared for multiple babies and toddlers with patience, warmth, and dedication. Families describe me as reliable, nurturing, calm, trustworthy, and deeply attentive to children’s emotional and developmental needs. I truly love creating strong bonds with children and helping them grow in a safe, gentle, and happy environment. I always try to support families with kindness, communication, and consistency.
