Hi my name is Shannon Bryant, I am a college student attending USI full time. I have two on ground classes on Tuesday and Thursdays in the evening. I am pursuing a social work degree. I have always loved helping people, in some form of another. I especially enjoy children. Children are so interesting in the fact they are trying to become independent and find their own way of life. I love walking beside them and teaching them, watching them grow into themselves. I worked at a boys and girls club in Corydon Indiana for 3 years and absolutely loved it. I got to be really creative and come up with fun, new, and exciting crafts and games for the kids to learn, and enjoy on a daily basis. I worked for my mother for a total of maybe a year and half on and off because I left for Read more school, then I moved, and then I got married. Working with my mom in her in home daycare really pushed me to get to know how little brains function. Daily, and multiple times a day I would laugh, which in turn made the kids laugh. There is nothing better than a happy, laughing little child, in my opinion anyway. I love being outdoors when the weather permits anyway, I love to cook, and I love animals.
