Hello! :) I'm Serenity, a 23 year old college student who loves working with kiddos, elderly folks and pets! I have 2+ years in public childcare, 2 years of in-home caregiving experience, 2+ years of special needs care, 1.5 years in nursing home facilities, and 7+ months of mental healthcare. I hold certifications as a State Registered Nurse Assistant, Mental Health Technician and Substitute Teacher. I also have my CPR certification. Tasks I am experienced in completing are cleaning, laundry, cooking meals, organizing, assisting in activities of daily living, counting and administering medications, grocery shopping, taking clients to appointments, implementing routines, helping with homework, creating fun activities for patients/clients, providing an emotionally safe space, helping redirect behaviors and staying in contact with parents and family members about daily events.
