I've helped with my lil sister for 8 years and still going. I've helped people in need of a sitter but I think it's time for a part time and this is perfect since I work well with kids. I don't tolerate spanking but you do you, I'll just place him/her in a corner till he/she says there and is okay and ready. That's with 5 yearlds I'll also just send them to their room or on the couch until the child is able to calm down and talk with me. Toddlers I confirm that a no is a no and distract them eles where.
