Meet Maria

I am a graduate student who is currently getting her Master's in Social Work. I previously graduated with a bachelor's in Psychology with honors summa cum laude. My career goals are to continue my education and get a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a child and adolescent specialty. In addition, I plan to have my private practice and work with children and youth in the future. My experience working with children involves taking care of my younger sister and little cousins while growing up. I engaged with them while playing hide and seek, jump rope, pretend play, and other fun activities. In addition, I am familiar with working as a reading assistant for children with low proficiency in English. Overall, I am looking forward to working with children and taking care of them while making it a fun time.
