Hi I'm Michaela! I'm a doctoral graduate student studying child clinical psychology at LSU. I have been around children all my life. I am the eldest of five, where I was often considered the "built in babysitter". I was as a mother's helper, babysitter, and nanny throughout my teenage and college years. I also worked full-time in a toddler classroom at a daycare for a year. I now hope to make a career out of it, assessing and treating children with developmental delays and disorders, such as ASD and ADHD. However, I also love just playing with and getting to know kids as well! I can be goofy and fun (love doing pretend play and crafts!) but am also very good at abiding by and setting schedules, rules and boundaries.
