I grew up in a huge family and was always doing bred on to babysit the younger ones so you could say that has a a major play in my experience. I have a knack with working with babies and calming them down when they get funny. I use my inner child to help get along with younger kids which I find makes them feel a bit more comfortable with having a babysitter. Pets are always a plus, I have a few of my own.
