I’m in college to become a teacher, I absolutely love working with kids of all ages, especially babies and toddlers, I’m also really good with most pets. I am very patient, kind, and responsible, I love to do crafts, play games, and even help with homework. I can prep food/snacks and clean up after myself and others. Most of my experience comes from my niece who I’ve watched since she was born. I love how unique and creative kids are and how amazing it is to grow connections with them. I can’t wait to work full-time or even half-time and I can start anytime after the 23rd of this month.

Hey, I am Makayla I recently I am new to the area of Ruston/Monroe. I am college student going to Grambling State to become a Peds Nurse. I just graduated Mississippi Gulf Coast with my Associate of Science and Arts. I have 3 years experience of working with kids. Beyond childcare, I’m also a student in Louisiana Tech’s Aviation Program and hold a private pilot’s license, which speaks to my sense of responsibility, discipline, and dedication. In my free time, you’ll find me baking, crafting, or spending time outside—activities I also love sharing with the kids I care for. Childcare is more than a job to me—it’s something I feel truly connected to, and I bring a warm heart, a steady hand, and a playful spirit to every family I work with.

I am a college senior at Grambling State University studying psychology with hopes to attend graduate school to become an occupational therapist. I play volleyball at GSU so my schedule might be a little weird with availability in the evenings and weekends, but I might be able to accommodate other times. I love working kids and from Colorado so I like to keep active whether that be going on walks or to the park! I am currently taking a fist aid/crp class to be certified again.

Hi! My name is Payton and i graduated from Brusly High. I come from a super big family and i’m the second oldest so taking on a nurturer role has always been natural for me. Before working at a daycare i’ve always babysat cousins and family friends, which inspired me to choose my current career choice. Since i’m in school to become a pediatrician , lately i’ve been dedicating my time to a daycare called the Academy of Early Learning in hopes of getting more used to children’s mannerisms and making sure that children start they days off correctly.
