Did a in person meet and greet on Saturday where Shekaila accepted the job offer and was scheduled to begin working Wednesday. 2 days prior to the start of the job she informed us that she would not be able to accept the position and did not go into detail as to why. We were looking forward to working with her as she appeared very knowledgeable and experienced with caring for children and was pleasant.
