My name is Sarah Alexander and I am a 21 year old college student residing in New Orleans. I am currently studying social work and Southeastern Louisiana University with hopes of becoming a counselor upon graduation! Working with children and helping others is truly what I am passionate about. I began babysitting when I was a pre-teen and have worked with children in some way ever since then! I have experience with children starting as young as infants all the way up to teenagers! I have also worked with children from all walks of life, including children with physical and/or mental disabilities and behavioral problems. I have to credit my patient, nurturing, compassionate personality for how I am in a work setting. I will always go above and beyond to make sure that whatever job I am doing, is being done well. After walking away from that position I went on to obtain the position I am in now, which is serving as the Youth Programs Director at an indoor sports facility in Harahan. I believe it is time for me to move on from this job to be able to focus more on my studies, which is why I believe coming back to work as a nanny is the perfect move for me! I am willing and able to adapt to any needs that any family may have and I am confident that my skills and experience would be a wonderful addition to any family that may need assistance with child care.
