I can't say enough good things about Madeleine! She filled in for me at the last minute and was so flexible and easy going. She came to two different locations and even waited patiently for my husband and I when we were late. (Sorry again). In terms of communication, she replied to texts and emails almost instantly. She had no problem at all spending the afternoon and evening with our 7 month old. Madeleine was a breeze to work with and I had the utmost confidence in her abilities. I would certainly use her again if I were in the New Orleans area.
