My name is Kayla. I'm 27 years old and I'm currently a 1-year-old teacher at Louise S. McGehee's Little Gate in New Orleans, La. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education/ Development and I'm pursuing a degree in Child Life at LSU, so that I can become a Child Life Specialist and work in a hospital setting. I have been a teacher for 2 years, but I have worked in the daycare/ preschool environment for over 4 years. I have experience with children ages newborn to 14 years old, Autism, and developmental delays. I have experience with potty training toddlers. I'm CPR and First Aid Certified.
