I started as a mother's helper at age 14, going with my sister as she babysat to play with children and keep them entertained while their parents worked at home. I then began to go on my own at age 15, watching over children from ages 5-9 while parents ran errands or worked extra hours. Around 16 years old, I began babysitting very late nights (some until 2am) and in the summer I would babysit during the parents' week day hours. During senior year of high school, I babysat 3 times a week after school for a family of three elementary and middle school girls, and many weekends for a family with 3 kids in kindergarten and preschool! By summer going into college my babysitting experience has a count of around 10 consistent families. This past summer I babysat from 8am-1 p.m. 3 times a week for a family with Read more 3 children as well. Very much experienced in caring for children, solving small fights and conflicts, prepping meals for children, running errands with them, driving to camps and just having fun!
