I am an empty nester mom who is looking to earn some extra money and do it by spending time with kids! I have lived in Amherst for 14 years, previously served on my neighborhood board and can provide neighborhood references as to my character. I also served on the board and volunteered for many years at my child’s independent elementary school in Amherst. I subsequently served as a substitute in the classroom at the school and previously briefly subbed in the Amherst Public Schools. I have coached Amherst Youth Soccer, served on the board of Amherst Youth Lacrosse and did committee work for Amherst Hockey Association. In addition I was a social worker in my previous life and have a masters degree in the field. I worked with children and adolescents and their families. I am fully vaccinated, including a booster, and I’m tested for Covid twice weekly as Read more required by my day job at a local college. I’m happy to help if you need to do a quick errand or attend meeting or are going out for fun!
