Hi, my name is Lijah! I'm 22 years old and have been living in Amherst since middle school. I went to the Amherst schools and went to Umass Dartmouth for criminal justice for a year and currently taking a hiatus from school due to Covid and focusing on work and family. I have taken child development classes throughout high school and even worked in the preschool that we had. I have been babysitting since I was 16 for other families but have been taking care of my family's little ones since before I can remember! I enjoy doing various activities with kids depending on their age of course. I love to cook and bake and help them learn how to be safe in the kitchen while having fun! I love to hang out with them and do whatever they're interested in. I like animals of all varieties and even have Read more a cat and 2 rats myself! I have no problem with assisting with homework. Essentially I am hoping to provide some assistance to families needing someone that they can trust to leave their children with while also providing them with the reassurance that they will be taken care of as if they were my own family!
