Hi SitterCity Families! My name is Latia, and I am 36 years old. I am currently employed as a licensed school counselor at the Baker School in Brookline, where I have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families. Although I have yet to have children of my own, my experience in childcare comes from raising my four nephews (21, 19, 16, and 11) and three nieces (11, 9, and 2), who are all amazing! I have always valued the chance to be more than just an Aunt; I’ve been actively involved in their lives, learning how to relate to and meet their specific needs, which I believe is essential for any caregiver. As someone who genuinely loves to have fun and be a "Big Kid," I enjoy various activities with the kids. On a personal note, I’m a huge animal lover and share my home with two wonderful dogs, a snake named Ursula, and some aquatic life. My dogs, Cali, a Great Dane mix, and Harlem, a Pitbull mix, bring me immense joy.
