I am a college student who is back home & looking for a summer job opportunity! I am an Expressive Arts Therapy and Counseling major with minors in psychology and political science. I have taken (and aced) many courses related to childhood development, which I believe to be crucial knowledge for any childcare provider to have. I helped run Auburn's Children's Choir for three years, where I worked with children in grades K-5. Running Children's Choir was an amazing opportunity, as it taught me how to create a positive environment for children while exploring their musical abilities in healthy and exciting ways. This also has taught me how to calmly work with multiple children-- each after school meeting had 20-30 children enrolled. Additionally, I am a tutor during the school year/while away at college.
