Alli has been an absolute godsend to our family. When my husband and I moved to Concord at the tail end of the COVID pandemic, we were overwhelmed with the challenge of finding reliable childcare. I had just returned to work after maternity leave with our second child, and Alli was able to step in seamlessly from day one. It quickly became clear that Alli’s superpower is working with children. Our two-year-old son and three-month-old daughter connected with her immediately. She handled early challenges—like our daughter refusing bottles—with calm confidence and patience, all while navigating a full-time, work-from-home household. Remarkably, our daughter began taking bottles on Alli’s very first day. Over the past four years, Alli has truly become part of our family. She has supported our children through every stage of their development with thoughtfulness and care. From managing nap schedules (and sleep regressions) to guiding potty training, school pickups and drop-offs, and helping build early reading and math skills, Alli approaches every aspect of her role with intention. She consistently creates engaging, age-appropriate activities and makes it a priority to get the kids outside and active in all seasons. She is more than just a caretaker; she is a teacher and friend. What sets Alli apart most is her deep commitment to the children in her care. Our son has severe food allergies, and Alli has always been exceptionally diligent—carefully managing his meals and ensuring his EpiPen is always on hand. She is a fierce advocate for our children’s safety and well-being, and we have complete trust and peace of mind when they are with her. As our youngest begins school, we are sadly transitioning away from full-time care. We cannot recommend Alli highly enough—she brings warmth, reliability, and a rare level of dedication that will be deeply missed by our family.
