I have been babysitting officially since the beginning of high school and spent a lot of my teenage years also caring for my younger brother and cousins. I also spent the 2015-16 school year working at school for kids experiencing homelessness in Sacramento, CA where I did everything from transport children, create and run a summer camp, serve as the lunch lady and recess monitor, and assist in classrooms. I spent the majority of my time with kids during that year which taught me so much! Since moving to New York in 2018, I've babysat for some lovely families in my neighborhood on nights and weekends since I work at a non-profit during the daytime.
