I've been babysitting since I was 10, first for my two younger sisters then for neighborhood kids, and eventually for two families that I still keep in touch with today though the girls are now in college. I'm a fiction writer with my MFA from Emerson college, have played piano for nearly 22 years and violin for 20, and as such believe creativity and music both are crucial to child development. I also have food allergies and therefore am very aware of food safety and cross contamination, reading labels, and how to administer an epipen. I know CPR and first aid for infants to adult. I grew up with dogs and am comfortable with pets. I would love to meet your family and provide evening and weekend childcare support.
