I have babysat for families with multiple children before, and for the most part, at least one child has been under the age of one. Most recently I have babysat for a family in Cambridge with a three-week old baby girl and a two-year old. I have also sat for families with three children, ranging in age between 7 months and nine years. During college, I tutored a fellow classmate who was blind and deaf in one ear. Although this was not a child, tutoring this individual helped me build the skillset to help and interact with others with physical disabilities. As the daughter of a child psychiatrist, I am also comfortable and confident in watching children with extra developmental needs. Although I have not personally babysat for twins, I myself am a twin so I understand what that dynamic is like very well. I have lived in Boston for Read more the past four years and recently moved to Manhattan (Upper West Side) to pursue my graduate degree in film from Columbia University. I have a twin sister who lives in the Philadelphia area and visit my parents in Los Angeles a few times year. I have worked in childcare fairly consistently since I was sixteen years old and although I am a fully time student, I am always eager to find opportunities to spend time with children! I graduated from Emerson College in the fall of 2018 with a degree in Media Studies and worked as the Marketing Coordinator at ArtsEmerson, a presenting theater organization in Downtown Boston, before enrolling at Columbia. My ultimate career goal is in film/television or marketing. In addition, I am first-aid and CPR certified. I do not have my own car in New York City but I am close to a number of trains and feel comfortable commuting to your home.

A wonderful, intelligent, upbeat young woman. She loves spending time with my eleven year old son and our dog. She is very responsible and trustworthy and is truly pleasant to be around. She makes an effort to engage with my son - they have conversations and play games together. I would recommend her highly.
