Hello, I'm Lo! I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. At the moment, I am looking for a morning job to fulfill my passion for helping those in need outside of my career. Before working as an RBT, I devoted years to providing community-based and at-home childcare to kids with and without special needs. I am someone with endless knowledge and passion for delivering individualized care to kids of all ages. Along with general childcare and house maintanence experience, I have worked with children who have developmental disabilities, behavioral difficulties, impulse control, and sensory issues. I am flexible with my availability and wages — with the exception of my current work schedule — understanding that each caregiver and family has an individual set of circumstances that have led us to cross paths. I am overjoyed to become a member of Read more your support system and assist in the well-being of your child or loved one!

Laura was fantastic with my one-year-old son. As soon as she arrived and started interacting with him I knew it was going to be a great night for everyone. I was so relieved to find someone I could trust with my baby. Highly recommend!

Laura is fantastic. She is responsible, kind, patient, hard-working, and always willing to help out. She has been regularly sitting for us for several months. My son is neurodiverse and one of the reasons we hired her is her passion for working with children with differences and special needs. I highly recommend her.
