Aileen had been an absolute blessing to our family and a joy to get to know. She's an experienced caregiver with a heart for children, and she's been a wonderful blend of professional and warm. Between texting to confirm scheduled visits to giving a recap of how my almost-two-year-old ate and what they did every day, she inspires confidence and trust. But the truest testament to how wonderful Aileen is is my son's reaction to her. Every time she walks through the door, his whole face lights up, he gets a toothy beaming grin, and he starts furiously clapping. I've been grateful to have someone I trust so instinctively to care for my little guy; it's a serious thing, trusting someone else with your baby.
