Hello! I have been babysitting and tutoring kids since I was in middle school (I am now 22 and a senior in college). What initially got me interested in babysitting is that I loved being with younger kids and working with them during buddy programs in middle school (older students pair with lower school students). From then, I began to babysit in my free time and enjoyed spending time with the kids as it was a nice break from how hectic school could be. I worked at summer camps as a counsellor and spent all my time with kids playing games and entertaining them! I also worked internships at middle and lower schools when I thought I wanted to be a teacher. This gave me exposure to helping students learn and understanding kids in a more academic setting.
