I graduated from a small liberal arts university in Lexington, Kentucky in 2011 and moved to Boston immediately following graduation. I lived there for over 3 years and moved to NYC last summer. I have a BA in Psychology and have taken numerous courses in developmental/child psych. I have babysat regularly since the age of 14 and have experience working with children of all ages. Over the summers in high school, I worked with children as a camp counselor for an Episcopal church summer camp, where I was trained in basic first aid knowledge. I have also worked as a lifeguard and during that time, I gave swim lessons to children ranging in ages from 4-12. I was certified in CPR for life-guarding and took a Red Cross course in babysitting when I was just getting started in the industry. I played field hockey in college and enjoy staying physically active. Blair has been great for us. She has great communication, shows up on time, if not early, and even found us a replacement sitter when she was not available. We have a 2 year old son and he loves her.

Blair has babysat for our kids on two occasions. She is always prompt (early, in fact) and she keeps the kids busy with all kinds of activities. Both of our children think she's great and look forward to her arrival. She's a keeper!

Blair babysat for my wife and I so we could go out for a date night. We have two girls ages 5 1/2 and almost 2. She was great. Blair was right on time. She made sure the kids ate their dinner and even cleaned up afterwards. She played games with them and got them to bed with no problems (not an easy task with our littlest). Our oldest said the next morning that she liked having Blair as a babysitter and would love to have her again. I'm sure we will.
