Hi! My name is Evelyn and I am a recent graduate of Boston University. I have been watching children for over 7 years in my hometown in Pennsylvania, one family I have been with since the youngest was an infant and is now 6-years-old. I also babysat part-time during my time in Boston. I am now looking for a nanny job in the New York City area part-time, for nights after 6 p.m. and on weekends (I live in Hoboken but have a full time job in the city). I have worked with kids of all ages, but most recently I have worked with infants. I really have enjoyed the experience of watching them grow into little people with personality! In city we go on walks, go to the park and with older kids we can do all of the other fun activities the city has to offer. I cannot say enough good things about Evelyn. She has worked for me over the past four years. She provided day-time care multiple times a week for 4 summers, as well as weekend night babysitting throughout the year. She was always on time and quick to respond to any communication. At first my children were 2 and newborn - a lot to ask of a sitter - but Evelyn has an inexhaustible amount of patience and creativity. My son had some eating issues (special needs) and Evelyn adapted to this and was able to feed him as I would. As my kids became older, now 4 and 6, Evelyn would take them out bowling, to the library or pool. My kids always had a great time, were well take care of, and used up a ton of energy! Now she has moved to Boston for school, and we miss her terribly. Our loss is your gain!
